At KEEN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place your unworn footwear in its original packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to ensure it arrives back to us safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
